• Team: Dynamic engineering team, collaborating closely with product, UX/UI, and QA.
• Mission: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications from front to back-end, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of new full-stack features and services across front-end (React, TypeScript, Redux) and back-end (Node.js, Python, microservices, GraphQL).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices for high quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, and QA to define, design, and ship new features, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality, performance, and security across applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluate new technologies, and mentor junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and innovation within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development principles.
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex web applications, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React expertise preferred); extensive back-end development with Node.js or Python; solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases; and proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), familiarity with GraphQL, experience in Agile/Scrum environments, and contributions to open-source or personal projects.
