What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Write Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across user interfaces, APIs, business logic, and database interactions.
• Mentor Engineers: Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Optimize Applications: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, proactively resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, expertise in backend languages and frameworks, solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases, demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), proven ability to design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, message queues, serverless computing, infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and prior experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
