What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.
• Write: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code across both frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
• Participate: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with extensive experience in at least one modern frontend framework and hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js preferred, Python, Java, or Go). Expertise in designing and interacting with relational and/or NoSQL databases, and experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, proficiency with Git, solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, Chai), GraphQL, or serverless architectures. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio, experience in a startup environment, and familiarity with UI/UX principles.
