What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code across the entire stack, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness, and participate in code reviews.
• Problem Solve: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, contributing to the stability and reliability of our services.
• Architectural Guidance: Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of our platform, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Senior career level in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and Webpack. Possess expertise in back-end development with languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java, and experience with relevant frameworks including Express, Django, or Spring Boot. Exhibit a solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration. Be proficient with both relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Show familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and demonstrate experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Possess strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets).
