What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Build: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Code and Review: Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve: Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Mentor and Innovate: Contribute to design and architecture discussions for new systems, mentor junior engineers, and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including extensive work with RESTful API design and development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript); extensive experience with back-end languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go, Ruby on Rails); solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL); familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); proficiency with Git; excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks; knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices; contributions to open-source projects; experience in an agile development environment.
