What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Coding: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code for both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go) environments.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user needs, define technical requirements, and deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Architecture: Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including modern front-end JavaScript frameworks and back-end languages/frameworks.
• Skills: Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go), databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful API design, Git, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, testing frameworks, performance optimization, or contributions to open-source projects.
