• Mission: Responsible for the full software development lifecycle of the core platform and new features, including architecting robust solutions, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment to deliver exceptional products that drive business value and enhance user satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications and services using modern full stack technologies.
• Full Stack Ownership: Take ownership of features from conception through deployment, working across the entire stack, including front-end, back-end, database, and infrastructure.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to other engineers, promoting best practices and high-quality standards within the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, UX/UI design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
• Performance & Scalability: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our applications while also troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, encompassing the full software development lifecycle.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, coupled with expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proven experience with back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or Go. Solid understanding and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and proficient with Git for version control.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, knowledge of microservices architecture or serverless computing, and previous experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small technical projects.
