What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements for core web applications.
• Collaborate with product management and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into functional software.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and scalable code in accordance with engineering best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+) with extensive experience in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js; solid understanding of back-end development with Node.js (preferred), Python, Java, or Go; proven experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; experience with Git.
• Bonus: Master’s degree; experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai); knowledge of GraphQL; prior experience in Agile/Scrum; contribution to open-source or personal projects.
