What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable cloud-native applications using modern programming languages.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring solutions align with long-term strategic goals.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional experience in software development with a focus on cloud-native applications.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with proven expertise in at least one modern programming language (Go, Java, Python, C#, or Node.js) and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skills: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and a solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Bonus: Experience with serverless architectures, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, contributions to open-source projects, experience with data streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), or prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
