What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Drive the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex systems.
• Develop: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and scalable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor: Guide junior engineers, foster their professional growth, and ensure consistent application of best practices across the team.
• Architect: Contribute to architectural discussions, evaluate new technologies, and continuously improve engineering processes and tooling.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a significant focus on full-stack development, alongside strong experience with cloud platforms.
• Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Go, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript); expertise with relational and/or NoSQL databases; solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns; experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bonus: Experience working in an agile development environment; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
