What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of mission-critical software applications and services across the full stack.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Shape Architecture: Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of systems.
• Develop Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with coding standards and modern development methodologies.
• Mentor: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, promoting their growth and ensuring adherence to engineering excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable and robust applications. This includes demonstrated experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, solid understanding of both relational and NoSQL database systems with query optimization experience, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git.
• Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript). Possesses excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and designing distributed systems, knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio, experience in a high-compliance or regulated industry, and familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
