Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation AI Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and translating them into compelling product features and experiences powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative products that drive significant impact for our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends in the AI landscape.
• Translate complex user and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design leads to ensure technical feasibility, optimal user experience, and timely delivery of product features.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Define and monitor key product performance metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future product decisions.
• Act as a knowledgeable and passionate advocate for the customer, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all product development.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities into our product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of shipping successful software products.
• At least 2+ years of direct experience managing products that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering and data science teams.
• Proven ability to define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap from conception to launch.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive landscaping.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Familiarity with data governance, ethics, and responsible AI principles.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise software products.
