What You’ll Actually Do
• Vision: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and uncover new product opportunities.
• Specification: Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Prioritization: Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance, customer impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring a clear and actionable product backlog.
• Performance: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to iterate on products and drive continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, for a Senior Product Manager role.
• Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML products, including a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products involving machine learning or other AI technologies.
• Skills: Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and development lifecycle, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, and exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
