About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind products that leverage AI to solve complex customer problems, enhance user experiences, and create new market opportunities. You will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, sales, and marketing teams to bring innovative AI products from concept to launch and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI/ML features and standalone products, aligned with overall company objectives and market needs.
• Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for AI innovation.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap for your domain, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Requirements & Specifications: Translate high-level strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with a dedicated AI/ML engineering team, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute successful product launch plans, including messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track product performance, analyze usage data, and iterate on products based on insights and customer feedback.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and progress to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in AI, machine learning, and your target industry.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML products or features.
• Demonstrated experience taking AI/ML products from conception to launch and iteration.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems).
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed product requirements.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI) or MBA.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and responsible AI development practices.
• Prior experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis tools or data visualization platforms.
