Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligning it with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate user needs and business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clarity and precision for engineering and design teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, marketing, sales, and operations teams to guide products from conception through launch, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Product Launch & GTM: Lead go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product usage data, and leverage insights to inform future product improvements and iterations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and performance to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Mentorship: Potentially mentor junior product managers or contribute to the overall growth of the product team.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, create detailed roadmaps, and manage the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong technical acumen, capable of engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams and understanding complex system architectures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with SaaS products, B2B enterprise software, or a specific industry relevant to our business.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and user experience best practices.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
