What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership and Development: Lead and expand the Security Technical Program Management organization, providing coaching and mentorship to Technical Program Managers across various workstreams supporting enterprise security and infrastructure initiatives.
• Operational Frameworks: Establish and enforce robust program management practices, execution discipline, and operational transparency across the organization, including creating clear governance models, reporting structures, and escalation paths.
• Security Program Oversight: Drive the execution of large-scale security and infrastructure programs, encompassing critical areas such as security hardening, SSDLC/DevSecOps, IAM, cloud platform security, vulnerability management, compliance readiness, and AI/ML platform governance.
• Cross-functional Program Management: Manage complex cross-functional dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, control timelines, and facilitate effective executive communications to ensure programs are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security Architecture, GRC, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of security and infrastructure initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial leader with 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Security Program Management, demonstrating a solid understanding of critical security domains including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), cloud security, compliance, and infrastructure operations.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing Technical Program Management teams or leading large-scale cross-functional technical programs, specifically within enterprise-scale security, cloud, infrastructure, or platform initiatives, with practical experience in AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex environments, bring structure to ambiguity, lead program execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and timelines effectively, alongside strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Agile delivery models, program governance, operational reporting, and a background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform organizations. Familiarity with AI/ML platform security and governance, experience driving operational maturity and process transformation initiatives, and relevant certifications like PMP, CISSP, CISM, SAFe, or cloud certifications are highly valued.
