What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Support: Serve as a strategic partner to business teams, providing relevant data and insights to aid decision-making and inform strategic planning.
• Insight Generation: Utilize multiple data sources to generate actionable insights that inform product and retail strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Proactively track and analyze retail point-of-sale performance to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Data Communication: Create clear, insightful, and impactful presentations that use data to tell compelling narratives to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Market Analysis: Provide detailed commercial insights through robust market and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities and risks for the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Superior business acumen and research skills.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable Analytics position. Experience working with large datasets.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, exemplary verbal and written communications skills, ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines, attention to detail.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, Python, AI/ML. Knowledge of retail and consumer goods industries.
