The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Problem Solving: Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and oversee the implementation of corrective actions across various organizational functions.
• Strategy Development: Develop and rigorously evaluate corporate development strategies, encompassing mergers and acquisitions screening, detailed valuation, and comprehensive due diligence processes.
• Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent M&A projects, strictly adhering to established timelines, allocated resources, and high-quality standards.
• Negotiation Support: Facilitate thorough negotiation preparations and actively support contract discussions by providing precise, data-driven insights.
• Decision Influence: Communicate strategic impacts clearly to senior leadership and influence key decision-making processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Merger & Acquisitions, Investment Banking, or Business Development, or 5 years in those areas including Engineering, with proven ability to lead complex M&A projects and negotiations.
• Skills: Financial acumen to analyze performance, forecast changes, and develop business-centric solutions aligned with corporate strategy; expertise in project and program management, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration; excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to senior leadership; demonstrated ability to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and drive strategic alignment across multiple business units; proficiency in business development and negotiation to support deal execution and value creation.
• Bonus: Master’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field; demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
