Senior Manager Digital Payments and Banking (German Speaking) | Visa

• Mission: Own the delivery of data gathering, analysis, insight generation, and strategic recommendations to successfully deliver client projects in Germany.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Leadership: Lead consulting initiatives for key clients in the German market and serve as their main contact point.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and assure best-in-class delivery, meeting objectives and timelines.
• Business Development: Drive engagement closure by proactively identifying and pursuing client opportunities.
• Strategic Development: Support clients in designing and developing new digital value propositions and processes in payments and daily banking.
• Data Analysis: Perform client-specific analysis on client portfolio data, including customer demographics, activity, spend levels, and financial information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in economics, Finance or similar. Comprehensive experience in the Germanic retail banking and/or payment (card) industry.
• Experience: Relevant experience in strategy or management consulting with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting and agile working methodologies.
• Skills: Excellent client relationship management skills; Executive presence including excellent communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical skills; Fluency in English and German.
• Bonus: Project experience in a digital and technology-driven environment with a technology, digitally-savvy mindset; Comprehensive understanding of consumer economics, behavior, and experience using financial indicators to measure business performance.
