• Mission: This role is responsible for executing system customizations, applying configuration changes, and supporting the implementation of business processes to achieve project goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops to convert functional requirements into technical specifications in line with project goals.
• Feasibility Analysis: Assist in analyzing feasibility by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Solution Design: Contribute to designing solutions by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules, linking functional and technical needs.
• Configuration and Customisation: Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules, and support business process implementation within existing systems.
• Technology Harmonisation: Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level L2 (Mid-to-Senior) Techno Functional Consultant with core domain knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience, with a mandatory focus on GRC Consulting.
• Skills: GRC Consulting, System Configuration and Customization, Requirement Gathering and Solution Design, Integration Design and Data Flow Assessment, Performance Troubleshooting and Optimization.
