What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Engagements: Lead finance function engagements covering Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with a focus on finance data flows and reconciliations.
• Drive Assessments: Drive workshops and stakeholder interviews to perform comprehensive current state finance data process assessments and design optimized future state processes.
• Oversee Implementation: Oversee the implementation and development of finance data lakes, data pipelines, and governance frameworks.
• Design and Implement: Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and control frameworks for finance data monitoring and reporting across O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
• Translate Requirements: Translate complex business requirements into technical data models and solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: CA, CFA, CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree in Finance or related field with expertise in finance data intelligence, finance analytics, or finance domains.
• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance data intelligence, finance analytics, or finance domains, with hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial consolidation tools (HFM).
• Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; strong accounting expertise for interpreting financial reports; in-depth technical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ERP/HANA, Oracle GL) and finance data structures; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementation, and data governance initiatives; project management certification or experience.
