• Mission: Lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage SAP HANA Projects: Develop and execute project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate and lead teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT personnel, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables to ensure SAP HANA solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Ensure Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a Bachelor’s Degree, experienced in leading SAP HANA implementation projects.
• Experience: Managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, applying project management methodologies for planning and budget, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Skills: Strong understanding of SAP HANA products and their business applications, experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring quality assurance and testing for SAP HANA solutions.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP HANA cloud-based solutions including deployment and integration, applying agile project management methodologies, and familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
