This role is crucial for the Beyond Beer category, serving as the analytics and financial governance partner to ensure service excellence, inventory integrity, and cost control within the third-party logistics network.

• Mission: Enable strong service, inventory integrity, and cost control through data-driven insights, financial discipline, and hands-on operational partnership for Beyond Beer logistics.
• Tech Stack: SAP, BI tool, Excel (Advanced)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytics Partnership: Serve as the primary analytics partner for 3PL and 4PL performance management, developing KPI scorecards and providing insights for business reviews.
• Financial Governance: Partner with 3PLs, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation, reporting, and support financial close and accrual development.
• Cost Management: Monitor warehouse and freight spend against budget and forecast, validate 3PL and freight invoices, and identify cost control and efficiency opportunities.
• Capacity Optimization: Oversee inbound and outbound capacity planning for import freight, coordinating container flow, warehouse receiving windows, and outbound shipment requirements.
• Process Enhancement: Strengthen processes, controls, and data quality across the distribution network, while supporting RFPs, rate negotiations, and network initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess either a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Business, operations, data analytics, or have equivalent work experience focused on supply chain analytics, logistics operations, or distribution finance.
• Experience: 4+ Years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics operations, or distribution finance; experience managing 3PL and/or 4PL partner relationships and holding them accountable; Import/Export experience is required.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of warehouse cost structure, freight billing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP or BI tools is preferred.
