Corporate Vice President, Senior Investment Solutions Consultant | New York Life Insurance Company

The company builds financial security for individuals by connecting with clients and strengthening its agency distribution system. This role is crucial for equipping agents with the necessary tools and training to thrive, driving investment sales objectives, and ultimately shaping the financial futures of countless individuals.

• Mission: Achieve and exceed assigned territory and individual General Office’s investment sales objectives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with agents within a captive agency sales force.
• Product Expertise: Deliver comprehensive knowledge of New York Life’s life investment products and sales processes.
• Case Support: Provide support for investment case development and design to agents.
• Product Enhancements: Introduce new product enhancements to field management and agents, emphasizing individual and business needs, markets, and tax issues.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations for both agents and clients, and provide sales support through individual and group sessions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior level professional with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience, demonstrating a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the investment business, sales processes, and the dynamics of selling investment products.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of wholesaling experience specifically with investment products.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, coupled with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Candidates must hold a Life license, Series 6 or Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 FINRA registrations.
• Bonus: Industry-recognized designations such as RICP, CFP, or FSCP are highly desirable, along with an understanding of Advanced Markets.
