What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components.
• Architectural Vision: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with company goals.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features that meet user needs.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance and scalability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing applications.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Extensive experience with at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, C#) and associated frameworks. Solid understanding and practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with various testing methodologies and frameworks, and proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools. Familiarity with GraphQL. Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues. Understanding of security best practices in web application development. Master’s degree in a relevant field.
