What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable and reliable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Architectural Contribution: Actively participate in architectural discussions, offering insights to guide the evolution of the platform.
• UI Development: Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces to ensure an outstanding user experience.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain robust server-side logic, APIs, and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). Extensive experience with at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, or C# with .NET Core). Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB). Demonstrated experience in designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles, experience with microservices architecture, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
