What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate on features: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality features.
• Develop backend systems: Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure APIs and microservices, primarily using Node.js or Python.
• Build user interfaces: Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Influence and mentor: Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the technical stack, and mentor junior engineers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; Senior career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio; demonstrated experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js; significant backend development experience with Node.js or Python; proficient understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) database technologies; experience with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines; understanding of microservices architecture; prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
