What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design and build new features and functionalities for the core platform, covering both front-end and back-end components.
• Engineer: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in primary programming languages, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect: Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and resilient systems, participating in technical discussions and code reviews.
• Optimize: Improve existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and stability, and troubleshoot complex issues across the entire software stack.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, specializing in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record using cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Python, Node.js, Go, Java, Ruby) development; Expertise with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases; Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures; Proficiency with Git and core software development principles (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, design patterns).
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, understanding of security best practices, knowledge of message queues, or contributions to open-source projects.
