What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces with advanced JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using primary back-end languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth deployments and operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js); extensive experience with at least one major back-end language and framework (e.js. Node.js, Python, Java); solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases; proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; proficient with Git; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; understanding of testing methodologies and relevant frameworks; knowledge of DevOps principles and practices; contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio; experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
