What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable web applications and services using modern full-stack technologies.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code on both the client and server sides, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality features.
• Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring technical excellence.
• Architecture and Performance: Contribute to the evolution of technical architecture, advocating for new technologies, and ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and expertise in back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Git, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, test-driven development (TDD), Agile/Scrum, open-source contributions, or performance optimization techniques.
