What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Architect, design, and implement complex features and services for both frontend and backend systems using modern technologies and best practices.
• Ensure Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, actively participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, propose solutions to challenging problems, and guide the team in making sound architectural decisions.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
• Mentor and Grow: Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with hands-on experience on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go) and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), along with experience in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD tools, microservices architecture, event-driven architectures, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
