What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through close collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers.
• Guide key technical decisions and architectural direction that impact the product roadmap.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and CI/CD infrastructure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, indicating a senior career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end (JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or Angular/Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) development, solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) database systems, and proficiency with Git, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, experience with real-time data processing, or contributions to open-source projects.
