What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Design & Architecture: Direct the design and architecture of new features and services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Execute Full-Stack Development: Build and implement robust front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and back-end APIs and services.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write high-quality, well-documented, and testable code, actively participating in code reviews to uphold coding standards.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, design, and QA to define specifications, plan sprints, and deliver features on schedule.
• Mentor & Innovate: Guide junior engineers, promote continuous improvement, and evaluate new technologies to enhance the development process and product.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular); Extensive experience with at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go); Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB); Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs; Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure); Proficient with Git and testing frameworks.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture; Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment; Open-source contributions or a strong personal project portfolio; Experience with real-time applications or messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
