What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• API and Service Development: Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across back-end systems.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL database systems, designing schemas and ensuring data integrity for core applications.
• DevOps Implementation: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps best practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous learning and guiding technical decisions through code reviews and architecture planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with a focus on full stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience in full stack software development, including proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework and strong experience with a back-end programming language/framework.
• Skills: Expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing relational databases, solid understanding of API design principles, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns, and experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, microservices architectures, serverless computing, message queuing systems, and contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal work.
