What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex software modules and features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software development, testing, and continuous deployment.
• Performance & Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust features and enhancements across the modern JavaScript front-end and scalable back-end services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in full-stack software development, ideally within a product-driven environment.
• Skills:
• Expert-level command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and extensive practical experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Demonstrable expertise in back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Deep understanding of API design and architecture, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems (relational and/or NoSQL).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bonus:
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GraphQL and real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets).
• Proficiency with various testing frameworks and test automation.
• Experience working in a regulated industry or with highly sensitive data.
• Active contributions to open-source projects or a compelling portfolio of personal projects.
