What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications and services.
• Translate Requirements: Collaborate with product management and UX/UI design teams to translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and elegant solutions.
• Implement Features: Architect and implement new features and functionalities for both client-side interfaces and server-side APIs.
• Ensure Quality: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, actively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Mentor and Contribute: Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment, and contribute to the evolution of technical architecture and development processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with a focus on full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) with strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript; proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (Node.js, Python, Go, or Java); strong understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases; familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines; excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with GraphQL; knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures; prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment; contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
