What You’ll Actually Do
• Feature Ownership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new full-stack application features and enhancements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Full-Stack Development: Develop robust and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end services, including API design and database interactions.
• Architectural Input: Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, contributing to the evolution of the technical roadmap and standards.
• Quality Advocacy: Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, unit and integration testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering team growth and continuous learning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a strong portfolio of shipped products. Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong experience with at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
• Skills: Proficiency in designing and interacting with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), designing and building RESTful APIs, strong command of Git, and excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with GraphQL, understanding of security best practices in web application development, contributions to open-source projects, or previous experience with leading projects or technical initiatives.
