Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features and services across our full technology stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python or Go for backend services and React.js for frontend applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing constructive feedback and upholding our high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to our DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements and innovations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end) and test-driven development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical and methodical approach to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
