About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our expanding AI Platform team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust, and intuitive web applications and backend services that power our next-generation AI products. You will operate across the entire technology stack, from crafting elegant and responsive user interfaces that bring complex AI insights to life, to architecting powerful backend systems capable of handling large-scale data processing, model deployment, and real-time inference. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of complex web applications and backend microservices using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate product requirements and innovative concepts into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Architect and implement highly performant and secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support frontend applications and seamlessly integrate with AI models, data pipelines, and third-party services.
• Develop engaging, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using cutting-edge frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), ensuring an exceptional user experience across various devices.
• Design, implement, and optimize efficient database schemas and queries for both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize application speed, scalability, and security across development, staging, and production environments.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate actively in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, mentor junior engineers, and contribute significantly to the overall technical vision and strategy of the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues, providing timely resolutions and implementing preventative measures to enhance system reliability and resilience.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful delivery of complex web applications and services.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep proficiency in backend development using languages and frameworks like Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), Go, or Java (Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with database systems, including advanced SQL querying and schema design (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including deploying and managing applications, databases, and serverless functions.
• Demonstrated experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for building high-quality, impactful software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
