About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust, and high-performance web applications that drive our core business. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and optimization, contributing to both front-end user interfaces and back-end services. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and functionalities for our web platforms, spanning both front-end and back-end components.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code across the full stack, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for our products.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, debug production problems, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks).
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Expertise in front-end technologies: Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and experience with a leading front-end framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Robust back-end development skills: Demonstrated experience with at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring Boot, Go).
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent debugging skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
