Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Contribute significantly to both front-end user interfaces (UI/UX implementation) and back-end services, APIs, and database interactions.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of our platforms.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where beneficial.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with back-end languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrable expertise with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, JUnit).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Understanding of performance optimization, caching strategies, and security best practices.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading small technical teams.
