What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to established coding standards and actively participating in code reviews.
• Optimization: Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and responsiveness of applications through continuous optimization and effective architectural patterns.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, sharing knowledge, and fostering their professional growth within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Professional with 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Experience: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, Go), and hands-on experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra). Proven ability to design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs and potentially GraphQL, with proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architecture. Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
