What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Guide the creation of highly interactive and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility and convert wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Component Architecture: Architect and implement reusable frontend components and libraries for future application development.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across diverse devices and browsers.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior-level position.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development, with extensive practical application of React.js including Hooks and the Context API.
• Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3; solid understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Zustand; experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming; familiarity with Git for version control; strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility; demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code; and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript; familiarity with UI component libraries such as Material-UI or Ant Design; knowledge of testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress; experience with build tools like Webpack or Vite; understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG); previous work in an Agile/Scrum development environment; or experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.
