What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Strategy & Planning: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute global distribution strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning, including growth initiatives, and develop executive-level presentations for leadership forums.
• Business Management: Monitor progress against strategic objectives, provide actionable insights, and manage strategic roadmaps by partnering with business leaders.
• Data Analysis: Leverage internal and external data to analyze sales, market share, and client segments, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Analytics Capabilities: Partner with business stakeholders and advanced analytics teams to design, implement, and build scalable analytics and AI/GenAI capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in strategy, consulting, business management, or analytics within asset management, financial services, or related industries.
• Experience: 8-12+ years in relevant fields. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of enterprise initiatives with a strong understanding of global asset management (institutional and non-US retail, distribution models, and investment products).
• Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; Experience with advanced analytics, AI/GenAI, and business intelligence tools; Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Bonus: High degree of intellectual curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
