What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with OCI business objectives and priorities.
• Govern: Drive program governance through regular business reviews, executive status updates, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
• Coordinate: Partner across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership to coordinate execution and ensure organizational alignment.
• Report: Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting that provide visibility into program health and business outcomes.
• Optimize: Establish scalable program management processes, documentation standards, and operational best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional (IC3) with a BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in program management, project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting, with proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong project management skills including planning and risk management; demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority; strong analytical skills for interpreting business data and translating insights into recommendations; excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Bonus: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification; experience with strategic initiatives, business transformation, or organizational change management; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, dashboards, data analysis); experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics); familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet); experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning.
