The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for conducting rigorous business analysis, leading critical cross-functional projects, and meticulously tracking the execution of strategic decisions to drive measurable outcomes. What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Performance Analysis: Lead the regular production of comprehensive business analysis reports, meticulously identifying underlying problems and their root causes from a wide array of core operational data. Translate these complex insights into actionable recommendations, providing a solid, data-driven foundation for senior leadership’s critical decision-making processes.
• Strategic Objective Oversight: Actively assist in the detailed breakdown of overarching work objectives into manageable, measurable tasks. Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress against these targets diligently. Proactively anticipate and identify potential risks, providing early warnings and suggesting mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and ensure successful outcomes.
• Critical Project Leadership: Take full ownership of key projects assigned by business leaders, from conception to completion. Develop detailed, actionable execution plans, strategically allocate and coordinate necessary cross-departmental resources, and proactively identify and systematically remove any obstacles to ensure the smooth, timely, and successful delivery of core strategic initiatives and campaigns.
• Decision Execution and Accountability: Participate actively in core business meetings, extracting and synthesizing complex discussions into clear, concise, and actionable task lists. Implement a rigorous follow-up system to track the implementation status of each item, ensuring consistent accountability across teams and guaranteeing that all commitments are honored and desired business results are consistently achieved.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher with core domain knowledge in business analysis, operations analysis, or project management.
• Experience: 10 years of professional experience, specifically with a focus on commercial analysis, operations analysis, or project management.
• Skills: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis.
• Bonus: Proficiency in SQL or Python; strong sense of ownership; excellent communication abilities and interface; outstanding logical thinking skills; proven cross-departmental influencing capabilities; ability to proactively solve problems in ambiguous situations.
