What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Structure, storyboard, plan, and execute project workstreams for clients.
• Problem Solving: Develop hypotheses to address complex and unstructured client problems.
• Data Analysis: Lead market research, financial, and data analysis to support client outcomes.
• Deliverables: Contribute to client deliverables, reports, proposals, and business development activity.
• Client Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and help build lasting client relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Associate level, with core domain knowledge in strategy consulting, broader consulting, or an insurance audit background.
• Experience: Ideally 3+ years in a relevant consulting or audit role, with proven experience leading workstreams, managing outputs, and supporting project delivery.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hypothesis-led thinking skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and a collaborative mindset with intellectual curiosity.
