This internship program, SEED, aims to provide hands-on, real-world experience tailored to the intern’s interests. Job Description – SEED Internship

This internship is a full-time, paid opportunity running from May to August. It’s designed to be more than just an average summer job. Interns will have the chance to:

Gain hands-on experience: The internship is customized to your skills and interests, providing you with a truly relevant experience.
Contribute to Keystone’s success: You’ll play an active role in various projects and initiatives within the department you’re assigned to.
Develop valuable skills: This program focuses on enhancing communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, preparing you for a successful future in your chosen field.

Specific Responsibilities:

External Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Keystone, building positive brand recognition and market presence.
Recruiting and Outreach: Schedule and manage visits to schools and conferences to promote the SEED program and attract potential participants.
Building Relationships: Foster strong connections with FFA advisors and guidance counselors, creating a robust database of contacts.
Mentorship Program: Manage and equip SEED mentors with leadership tools to effectively guide and support program participants.
Program Management: Develop and oversee the SEED calendar, aligning it with successful program implementation and launch initiatives.
SOWing Seeds Day: Lead the organization and execution of the annual SOWing Seeds Day, from invitation distribution to event management.
Team Management: Hire, onboard, and manage timelines for all SEED participants, fostering a collaborative environment.
Program Expansion: Develop and implement a long-term plan to expand the SEED program and ensure its continued success in attracting top talent.
Building Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key organizations like the Indiana FFA Foundation, Ohio FFA, Ohio FFA Works, and State Officers.
Event Amplification: Enhance Keystone’s presence and engagement at the Co-Alliance FFA State Convention.
