Job Description: SDR Intern
NEOGOV is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join their vibrant team at the Draper, Utah office. This is an in-person internship offering an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Business-to-Business (B2B) software sales, learn about NEOGOV’s products, and develop critical sales skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do:
• Gain hands-on experience working with the PowerDMS Salesforce platform.
• Assist with data cleansing and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve existing Salesforce processes.
• Conduct data hygiene and enhancement testing within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with managers to develop essential skills for a career in SaaS software sales.
Who You Are (Required Qualifications):
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or data entry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach is considered an asset.
• Proven success in a quota-driven environment is preferred.
• Strong focus on organization, time management, and continuous process improvement.
• Possess a desire to advance their career in a sales development role and beyond.
Schedule & Benefits:
• This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, onsite in Draper, Utah.
• The work schedule will be up to 29 hours per week.
• The pay range is $20.00/hour, with the exact rate based on experience and expertise.
• There is potential for a transition to a full-time sales role, depending on availability and performance.
