What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Efficiently coordinate all scheduling and reservation requests, diligently adhering to established company processes and precise guidelines to ensure seamless execution.
• Client Communication: Engage proactively and professionally with clients to confirm essential details, provide timely and relevant updates, and effectively address a wide range of general inquiries with clarity.
• Record Management: Precisely maintain all client records, detailed calendars, and comprehensive reservation documentation, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility.
• Timeline Monitoring: Proactively monitor critical timelines and deadlines, meticulously ensuring that all confirmations, updates, and changes are completed accurately and punctually to prevent any discrepancies.
• Operational Support: Provide robust support for daily operations by diligently following established internal workflows, consistently upholding quality standards, and collaborating effectively with internal teams as needed to facilitate the smooth delivery of client services.

• Background: An early career professional demonstrating a strong foundational interest and aptitude for administrative support, specifically oriented towards meticulous client communication and the systematic management of logistical coordination in a professional setting.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required for this entry-level role; however, a foundational understanding or preliminary exposure to concepts related to scheduling, reservations, customer service, hospitality, or general administrative support tasks would be beneficial.
